Sunflower Dill Dip (a Happy food)

    Invest time in your family; take the extra time to make it count
    Ditch the past thought of this mundane and troublesome world we live in; make your/our world greater starting now.

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds soaked 1-2 hours
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon raw desert salt or sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth and consistent, scraping down sides as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl, Sprinkle with dill and drizzle olive oil over the top, if desired.
