Do you like what is inexpensive? Do you feel like you’re somehow beating the system when you get a good deal? Do yourself a favor— don’t beat the system with your fuel and your fitness.
Fast food and inexpensive food are not only cheap, but unhealthy.
When it comes to your workout, do you want it to end as quickly as possible, like being able to get out of work early? Do you like to keep it simple and do only what you’re comfortable with?
The budget wokout is cheap, short and unproductive. The people that complain that nothing works for them often resort to an infommercial workout or gimmick only to give up on it after a few months.
It is great to be in the habit of exercising, but make it worth your time. Be challenged today; try something new. Change your routine. You’ll be glad you did. Progress is within reach. Do not be among gym goers who use the same machines 3 times per week with the same weight and reps each time. Again, make it worth while!
A good workout does not have to be lengthy, but shortening it, missing it, or never changing an already not-so-happening routine will leave you feeling like fitness is a drag becasue you will not get the results you want.
Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand in bringing you the results you want. If you are commited to one, the other should follow suit.
