Let’s face it, food is fuel for fitness. When I say fitness, I mean inside, on a cellular level, all the way to the outside where through means of your metabolism; your body is releasing sweat containing toxins and water, that the food has helped release from your liver and fat stores. Without the proper fuel, the metabolism gets messed up. Without exercise, the body gets congested and stores fat and toxins more readily all while slowing the metabolism.
We receive this fuel through the many colors of the rainbow found in our produce and through the many grains, beans, legumes, nuts, and seeds that God has provided us with.It is important to get educated about food and its uses and not to be so vague on what is healthy for you.
